The trader
The ГИЗДИЛНИКЪ online shop is run by Гиздилника, company registration number (ЕИК) 206434938, shop address Kalofer, ul. 9-ti Septemvri No. 3, Ет. 2. We sell second-hand clothes and goods.
Contact us at gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com. The shop’s phone number and opening hours are at the bottom of every page.
Who these terms are for
These terms apply to orders placed through the site. Purchases made in the shop are settled in the shop. Anything not covered here is governed by Bulgarian law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
The goods
Everything is second-hand and one of a kind — each piece in the shop is one particular garment. Signs of wear we have noticed are described and shown in the photos.
Colours in the photos may differ slightly from the real thing depending on your screen.
How an order is made
You put pieces in the basket, open checkout and enter your name, phone, email and the Econt office or Econtomat locker we should ship to. Before you order you see the price of the pieces, the shipping price and the total you pay on delivery.
Before you press the order button you can change the basket and correct your details. When you press it, the pieces are reserved for you and disappear from the site. We email you a summary of the order — it confirms that we have received it, but it is not yet our acceptance.
Pieces in your basket are not reserved. Every piece is one of one and may be ordered by another buyer — on the site or by phone at the shop — while you are filling in your order. The piece goes to whoever's order is accepted first. If a piece in your basket is ordered before you, we take it out of your order when you order and show you which pieces are no longer available; if nothing is left, no order is placed.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is concluded when we call you and confirm the order by phone; once the parcel is ready, you also get an email that the order is confirmed, with the waybill number. The order is kept in our system, and you can save or print these terms from this page. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian or English — the language you order in. An order can hold a limited number of pieces; the limit is shown in the basket.
Confirmation and the 48-hour hold
We call the phone number you gave within 48 hours of the order, during the shop’s opening hours. If we cannot reach you within that time, the order is cancelled automatically, the pieces go back on sale and you owe nothing.
We may decline an order, in whole or in part, if while preparing it we find that a piece is damaged or wrongly described, or if there is an obvious pricing error. We then tell you by phone or email and you pay nothing for the pieces affected.
Prices and delivery
The prices of the pieces on the site are in euro, final and inclusive of all taxes. Delivery is made by Econt Express to the Econt office or Econtomat locker you choose; we do not deliver to addresses.
The shipping price is worked out by Econt for the chosen office and shown before you order. It is paid to the courier on delivery together with the price of the pieces.
We ship after confirming by phone, usually within two working days. Econt texts you the waybill number when the parcel is on its way. If you do not collect the parcel within the time Econt holds it at the office, it comes back to us. If orders from the same customer repeatedly go unconfirmed or uncollected, we may stop accepting online orders from them.
Payment on collection and inspection
You pay Econt when you collect the parcel — in cash or by card at an office, by card only at an Econtomat locker. We do not take payment in advance and never ask for card details.
Parcels normally go out with the “inspect and test” option: before you pay, you can open the parcel at the office, look at the pieces and try them on. If something does not match the description, you can refuse the parcel and it comes back to us. Whether inspection is on is stated under “What happens next” on the checkout page. There is no inspection before payment at an Econtomat locker — Econt does not offer the option for lockers.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person you name (other than the courier), receive the pieces.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the period ends — by email to gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com or by letter to Kalofer, ul. 9-ti Septemvri No. 3, Ет. 2. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us, to the shop’s address: Kalofer, ul. 9-ti Septemvri No. 3, Ет. 2. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
We refund everything you paid for the order, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest delivery option offered), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the pieces back or you have shown us that you sent them, whichever is earlier. As you paid the courier, we refund to a bank account you give us.
Please return the pieces in the condition you received them. You are liable for any loss in their value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example, trying them on as you would in a shop.
Non-conformity and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the pieces with the contract that appears within two years of your receiving them (the legal guarantee). Signs of wear that are described or visible in the photos are not a lack of conformity — these are second-hand clothes.
If something is wrong, email us at gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com or tell us in the shop — with the order number, what the problem is and, if you can, a photo. We reply as soon as possible and no later than 14 days, and offer a remedy as the law provides — repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Disputes
If either of us is unhappy, let us first try to sort it out together — email us at gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com.
You may also complain to the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg), including asking for out-of-court resolution of the dispute through its conciliation committees.
Governing law
These terms and the contracts concluded through the site are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes we cannot settle between us are decided by the competent Bulgarian court. This does not deprive you of the protection given to you by mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. Questions: gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com.
