How to withdraw

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of the day you received the pieces, without giving any reason.

Send us the completed form below or any other clear statement — by email to gizdilnikkalofer@gmail.com or by letter to Kalofer, ul. 9-ti Septemvri No. 3, Ет. 2. It is enough to send it before the period ends. You can print this page, fill it in and send us a photo of it, or simply copy the text into an email.

Please also give us the order number and a bank account (IBAN) for the refund — you paid the courier.

We confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal. Then send the pieces back within 14 days to the shop’s address (Kalofer, ul. 9-ti Septemvri No. 3, Ет. 2); you bear the cost of returning them. How and when we refund you is set out in the terms of use.
